About

A small firm that works on other people's production systems

Rosera Technologies builds and modernizes cloud data platforms for data teams in the United States, most often on Snowflake, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric. The engineers who deliver the work have operated systems like these in production. Every engagement is scoped so that your team can run the platform once we hand it over.

How we deliver

Small team, senior people, no handoffs

You will not be passed from the people who scoped the work to a delivery team you have never met. The engineers who write the plan are the ones who build against it, and they stay until your team has taken it over.

We contract through Rosera Technologies LLC in Delaware, United States and invoice in US dollars. Delivery runs from both countries, with hours arranged so there is real overlap with your working day.

  • Who is on it

A lead who stays across the whole engagement, and two to four engineers. Nobody is billed to your project who is not working on it.

  • Where the work lives

Your repository, your cloud account, your version control, from the first week onward.

  • How it ends

Runbooks written during the build, a walkthrough with the engineers who will own it, and a written account of anything still open.

Who does the work

We are a small team. The engineers who scope an engagement are the ones who deliver it, and they stay with the project from the first assessment through to handover.

Individual profiles are being written and will be published here. Until then, send us a problem you are working on and we will come back with a written assessment of it.

We hire engineers who like production systems

Most of our work happens inside systems that other people depend on every day. If that sounds like the interesting part of the job, the careers page describes how we hire and what we look for.
