Each study states the scope as it was agreed, including what was excluded from it, names the artifacts that were handed over, and describes the parts that did not go to plan. We identify the client where they have agreed to that in writing.

Client work is covered by confidentiality until the client agrees otherwise, and a study naming an organization needs their written approval. If you would like to see comparable work before anything is published here, we can walk through it on a call and put you in touch with a reference.
